This article discusses the importance of providing an organizational culture centered around growth and learning. The article argues that learning should occur across the lifespan, not just before employees enter the workforce. Furthermore, the article argues that companies should invest in employees who want to continuously develop themselves and focus on providing these employees with opportunities to grow both professionally and personally. The article concludes that by supporting employees in this way, employees will, in turn, support the company.
