Is it time to rethink your employee wellness strategy?

This article argues that a complete wellness program focuses not only on physical health, but also on financial, emotional, and social wellness. The article offers several suggestions for connecting these components of wellness, including taking a holistic approach, providing flexibility in the program, creating connected or combined wellness activities, and asking employees what they want from a wellness program. The article concludes that successful wellness programs must incorporate all aspects of wellbeing.
